Real Estate Day Trading? April 2019 In Review
These days the volatility is not only in the stocks. The current real estate market situation makes us think about day trading real estate, something we never had to do before. The prices fell sharply during the second half of 2018 and now are on the rise again. The median home price in Silicon Valley jumped by 13.6% from January to April.
This is the indicator of a new market shift. The number of homes available for sale is 41% higher than a year ago and the number of new contracts increased by 2% comparing with April 2018, the first year-over-year increase since last May.
